Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Primary Teacher with a strong background in the British National Curriculum. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for guiding and shaping the minds of our students, fostering a love for learning and ensuring their academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the British National Curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Effectively assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Establish and maintain open and regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of educational trends
- Support and promote the school’s values and ethos, modelling behaviour that aligns with its mission and policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience in teaching the British National Curriculum, preferably in an international school setting
- Strong knowledge of pedagogical theories and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching and learning
