Pak Ujang has worked for us for the last 3 years and 10 months and has been an excellent driver throughout that time. He is always reliable, punctual and attentive. I always feel safe with him in the car and he has a good knowledge of the Jakarta roads and the shortcuts needed to avoid macets. He keeps the car clean and tidy and keeps track of the need for services or tax renewal. He has reasonable English and will always ask for clarification if something is not clear. He is always smiley and helpful and trustworthy with money. His family home is in Bogor, but during the week he lives in a room in Kemang. He is looking for a full-time position.
